If you would like to return items to us you will need to download the Returns Form, complete the details and email it to enquiries@edge-protect.co.uk Products can only be returned within 14 days or receiving the items and if either:

a) Faulty

b) Incorrect items have been sent

c) Still in a new and unused condition

We aim to get back to all return requests within 2-3 working days. If your return is approved, we will contact you with details of how to return the goods to us.

All packages returned, should arrive within 2 working days. Refunds will then be processed in the following 2-3 working days. If you have requested an exchange we endeavour to dispatch your new products via next day delivery, within 1-2 days of receiving your returned items.
